Return Policy
Order cancellations must be requested by written form (letter or e-mail).
No cancellations accepted after shipment.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from confirmed order delivery date, on unopened packages with original manufacturer`s seal.
Customer will assume return shipping costs.
Returns subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No refunds. Exchange or merchandise credit only (applies only within 7 days from confirmed order delivery date).
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 2 business days from confirmed order delivery date.
